A little bit of everything

The blog has been rather quiet the past two weeks. We've been busy with the normal summer yard work and outside fun. My sister Rachel was here for a week so that Callie could go to Bible School and then was back again for TJ's funeral. Her baby is due in August so she won't be able to come visit the rest of the summer. Elsie (Brian's Mom) helped me with some painting around the house. We painted the office where Zachary had drawn circles on the wall with a red crayon and also Parker's bedroom. The 1/2 bathroom is next on the list for paint. Father's Day was a fun busy day, spent with both sides of the family. We are blessed to live close to family.

So I thought I would post a few pictures of what the boys have been up to lately.

We walked up to Shaun's one evening and Brian and Shaun taught Zachary how to hit a ball.

Zachary is into stacking things. He likes to take Parker's cans of formula and anything else he can find and stack them as high as possible. He thinks it's funny when everything crashes to the floor.

I love this picture of Zachary on his tricycle. Grandma (my Mom) picked it up at the Flea Market. Now if we can just teach him to peddle instead of pushing with his feet!

Grandpa (Brian's Dad) with the two boys.

Parker has started sucking his thumb, whenever he does manage to get it into his mouth.
