Circles

Barney the purple dinosaur is a big hit in our house right now. We've seen all 3 DVD's that we own hundreds of times. Every line and song is embedded in our memory. I even wake up with Barney songs in my head. As much as I am tired of watching Barney movies, there is some good that has come from it. Zachary has learned what a circle is. The carpet on the main floor at Akron Children's Hospital has shapes on it and Zachary would pick out the circles when he came to visit Parker. He's used a red crayon to draw circles on the wall in our office. (no that isn't a good thing to draw on the walls!) He also loves to play with sidewalk chalk and when I ask him what he is drawing, he will say "circles".
